Jocelyn A. Ortiz has joined Domi Healthcare to share her passion for disease prevention and healthcare maintenance education. She believes that the patient-provider relationship is critical to care and has training in holistic medicine. Jocelyn is passionate about empowering people to live at their greatest potential, starting with their health needs.

Jocelyn was born to Argentinian and Puerto Rican parents in Houston, TX, and later raised just outside of Philadelphia, PA. She received her Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nursing from Drexel University.

She has spent the last four years of her nursing career in Benign Hematology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she was the co-author of Romiplostim for Chemotherapy-Induced Thrombocytopenia: Efficacy and Safety of Extended Use.

Jocelyn also has a background in outpatient hematology-oncology nursing and critical care nursing.

Jocelyn enjoys traveling and devotes her time to family.
